Swedish Massage

A Flowing, relaxing massage that addresses you entire body for full muscle relaxation. You will experience light to medium pressure in order to release toxins, increase oxygen levels, and improve circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deeper, healing pressure which helps alleviate pain and tension in the muscle. Although some discomfort maybe felt, the benefits of this massage are reduction of muscle spasm and/or chronic pain and increased range of motion.

If you are planning a sporting event or heavy workout, this is a great way to condition your muscles and help to avoid or reduce soreness and fatigue.

Trigger Point Therapy

Your therapist may recommend this technique to help loosen and reduce knots in the belly of the muscle which are usually brought on over time and caused by excessive stress, hyper-extension, or injury. Relief will be achieved as the trigger points are released, resulting in increased blood flow and decreased lactic acid or toxins.
